4. The final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from January 1, 2025.

The relationship between the client and the accommodation provider is governed by the provisions of these cancellation conditions.

The cancellation conditions apply to all stay orders placed on the website https://slunecnice.svpetr.cz/, by email, by telephone or on third-party web portals.

By paying the deposit, the customer confirms that he has become familiar with the services provided, the price of accommodation and these payment and accommodation conditions, which are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider and the customer. Without paying the deposit, the order cannot be accepted and after the deadline for paying the deposit has expired, the reservation is canceled.

Cancellation of the stay order can be made by the accommodation provider and the customer only in writing (e-mail).

These business terms and conditions continue even after the termination of the accommodation contract between the accommodation provider and the customer.
